These Terms & Conditions govern the technical relationship between Omni Connect Tech and authorized institutional liaisons utilizing the Omni Connect Tech unified mesh infrastructure.
By accessing the Omni Connect Tech infrastructure, you certify that you are an authorized technical liaison for a registered institutional entity. Unauthorized node synchronization is strictly prohibited.
Liaisons agree to utilize Omni Connect Tech nodes exclusively for institutional operations. Any technical signal payload that violates Indian laws or endangers the Omni Connect Tech mesh integrity will result in immediate signal revocation.
All technical node provisioning is subject to the fees outlined in the Institutional Sync Queue. Fees must be settled through authorized Omni Connect Tech billing channels. Failure to maintain authorization will result in technical node dormancy.
Omni Connect Tech provides technical infrastructure on a mission-critical "as-available" basis. While we maintain institutional grade uptime, we are not liable for signal loss resulting from force majeure or unauthorized third-party infrastructure failure.
Omni Connect Tech reserves the right to terminate technical synchronization if the institutional entity violates the technical invariants established by the Omni Connect Tech engineering board.
These terms are synchronized with the laws of India. All technical disputes will be adjudicated within the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Omni Connect Tech provides technical triage in accordance with the SLA tier selected during node provisioning. Support is delivered exclusively through the Secure Operational Terminal.
